- [Meeting Rooms](https://provident.house/services/): for groups of 1–2 up to 50+. Each room has a distinctive non-corporate design. Included: ultrafast Wi-Fi, unlimited hot/cold drinks, whiteboards and flip charts; projectors; blackboard.
- [Co-Working / Hot Desks](https://provident.house/co-working/): Drop-in workspace with traditional desks, comfy chairs and couches. Included: high-speed internet, kitchen, unlimited tea/coffee, printing and scanning. Pay at the door or pre-book to guarantee a seat.
- [Dedicated Desks](https://provident.house/dedicated-desks/): Fixed monthly desk rental for established sole traders or small teams who want a consistent base.
- [Serviced Offices](https://provident.house/serviced-offices/): Private lockable offices for 2–6 people, furnished or unfurnished. Includes ultrafast Wi-Fi (wireless and wired), equipment space in the server-rack cabinet, scanning, free printing allowance, unlimited drinks, easy parking, and an optional registered-address mailbox add-on. Rolling monthly contract, no long-term commitment.
- [Mailboxes (Smart & Digital)](https://provident.house/mailboxes/): Use as a registered business or charity address (incl. Companies House). Smart Mailbox: items held for collection with text notifications stating letter / parcel / junk. Digital Mailbox: letters opened, scanned to PDF and accessible in your account; physical items still collectable or shredded on request. Parcels accepted (anything larger/heavier than a microwave by arrangement). One photo ID required at sign-up. 6- or 12-month terms; no setup fees, no holding fees, unlimited volume, secure shredding, free drink on collection.

- Evening / 24-hour parking: Allhallows Multi-Storey (1 min walk, open 24h) — Mon–Fri up to 1h £1.60, 2h £2.40, 3h £3.70, 4h £4.90, 5h £5.60, over 5h £8.90; Saturday first 2 hours free then banded to £8.90; free all day Sunday; overnight 18:00–08:00 £2.50.
- Large vehicles: Broadway Open-Air (1 min walk) — no height restriction, capped at £5/day.
