Opening Hours
We are open for walk-in business during our regular hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. No appointment is necessary. Availability of meeting rooms and other services is on a first-come-first-served basis.
To avoid disappointment and guarantee a meeting room or other service is reserved for you, we recommend you book online in advance using the links above. Meeting rooms can be reserved for use Monday to Sunday, 7am to 10pm.
We are not open on bank holidays, or between 10pm and 7am, unless by prior special arrangement.

Queen Street Multi-Storey car park is a 1 minute walk away (height limit 1.9m / 6’3″) and is open from 6am to 10pm. Monday to Saturday the first 2 hours are free, then up to 3 hours £0.60, 4 hours £1.10, 5 hours £1.80, 6 hours £2.90, and over 6 hours £4.30. Parking is free all day Sunday.
Evenings / 24-hour:
Allhallows Multi-Storey car park is a 1 minute walk away and open 24 hours. Monday to Friday: up to 1 hour £1.60, 2 hours £2.40, 3 hours £3.70, 4 hours £4.90, 5 hours £5.60, and over 5 hours £8.90. On Saturday the first 2 hours are free, then banded up to £8.90. Parking is free all day Sunday, and overnight (6pm to 8am) is £2.50.
Very Large Vehicles:
Broadway Open-Air car park is a 1 minute walk away. It does not have a height or size restriction. The price is capped at £5 for the day.
